Wat Arun (The Temple of Dawn) ( Bangkok )
Wat Arun, locally known as Wat Chaeng, is situated on the west (Thonburi) bank of the Chao Phraya River. It is believed that after fighting his way out of Ayutthaya, which was besigned by a Burmese army at the time, King Taksin arrived at this temple just as dawn was breaking.

Grand Palace & Wat Prakeaw ( Bangkok )

Visitors are allowed inside the spacious European style reception room or Grand Palace Hall (Chakri Maha Prasat). Then there's the impressive Dusit Hall, rated as perhaps the finest architectural building in this style, and a museum that has information on the restoration of the Grand Palace, scale models and numerous Buddha images.
Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park ( Phitsanuloke )
Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park has an area 307 km2 or 191,875 rai. It covers Dansai District of Loei Province and Nakon Thai District of Phisanuloke Province. It is blessed with natural beauty and historical significance. Unfortunately, fighting there during the communist years did untold damage to the forest.
Wat Pho ( Bangkok )
Wat Pho (the Temple of the Reclining Buddha), or Wat Phra Chetuphon, is located behind the splendid Temple of the Emerald Buddha. It's the largest temple in Bangkok and famed for its huge and majestic reclining Buddha measured 46 metres long and covered in gold leaf. The Buddha's feet are 3 metres long and exquisitely decorated in mother-of-pearl illustrations of auspicious 'laksanas' (characteristics) of the Buddha.

Thung Salaeng Luang National Park ( Phitsanuloke )
In 1959, 14 important forests were proposed for inclusion in national parks, among them the once vast and malarial Thung Salaeng Luang. Eventually, in 1972, 1,262 square kilometers were declared the Thung Salaeng Luang National Park.
Namtok Kaeng Song ( Phitsanuloke )
Namtok Kaeng Song is a waterfall and tourist attraction in the Wang Thong district of Phitsanulok Province in Thailand. This waterfall is situated on the Wang Thong River off Lomsak Road (Highway 12) at kilometer 45. The falls have small pavilions to accommodate tourists, and concessions are sold on the premises. Tire tubes are also available for swimming in the river near the falls.
